Wiring terminal different material manufacturing performance

Different operating environments when purchasing the terminal block require the information level of the terminal block. Many different time-division terminal block making materials have an impact on the function of the terminal block.

Most of the original data currently used on the market are thermoplastic materials: non-reinforced nylon (also known as PA), polycarbonate (PC), and engineering plastics (ABS).

PA: semi-crystalline data, high temperature resistance, high heat aging resistance, and can maintain elasticity without breaking in low temperature environment;

PC: high hardness, good impact toughness, clear, not easy to deform, good insulation and thermal stability;

ABS: high mechanical toughness, corrosion resistance, flame retardant grade HB-V0;

The function of the terminal itself depends on the characteristics of the physical data used. The terminal body must have outstanding physical properties and manufacturing functions. Polymers must provide outstanding toughness and dimensional stability, together with electrical functions such as high impedance and insulation.
